This Privacy Policy describes how Duoin IT Consulting ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Aisle 9 administrative dashboard, consumer mobile/web applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

We collect information directly from you, automatically through your use of our Services, and from third-party identity providers.

A. Information Provided Directly by You

• Account and Authentication Data: Email address, password processed securely via our authentication provider, display name, and profile photo.
• User-Generated Content: Listings, catalog submissions, shopping lists, favorites, notes, feedback, and support requests.
• Bulk Upload Files: CSV files uploaded by authorized administrators, which may contain store details, product listings, or pricing data.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Authentication identifiers, including a unique user identifier (UID).
• Votes, price verifications, shopping list updates, and store-favoriting events.
• Public pseudonyms assigned to consumer profiles to mask identity on public listings.
• IP address, browser type, user agent, operating system, session activity, access timestamps, and error logs.
• Non-sensitive reference data cached in browser local storage.
• Technical usage data collected through Firebase Analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information for service provision, identity and access management, security and auditing, analytics and improvements, and essential transactional or security communications.

3. Disclosures and Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose information to authenticated platform users as described above, service providers including Firebase, Supabase, and CDNs, when legally required or necessary for safety, or as part of a business transfer.

4. Data Retention and Account Deletion

Account profiles are retained while active. Historical activity and audit records may persist for marketplace integrity, security, compliance, or legitimate business protection. Operational audit logs may be retained for up to 90 days or longer during security investigations. Local storage remains until cleared or overwritten.

You may request account deletion or data erasure by contacting info@duoin.co. Certain historical audit logs or aggregated marketplace data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business protection.

5. Security Measures

We use standard authorization headers, encrypted database connections, Row-Level Security (RLS) policies, and role-based administrative permissions. No method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to, or restrict processing of your personal information. Submit requests to info@duoin.co.

Welcome to Aisle 9. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aisle 9 administrative dashboard, applications, and database services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Duoin IT Consulting ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

1. Account Eligibility and Security

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Administrative Access: Access to the administrative dashboard is strictly restricted to authorized personnel with designated custom administrative claims. Unauthorized attempts to bypass access controls or escalate privileges are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and legal action.

2. Acceptable Use and Content Standards

When submitting information, including store details, grocery prices, catalog descriptions, shopping list notes, or bulk CSV uploads, you agree not to upload false, misleading, inaccurate, or deceptive data; enter PII or sensitive personal data in non-designated free-text fields; attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access unauthorized database tables, functions, or serverless API routes; upload viruses, corrupted files, or malware; use automated scrapers, bots, or extraction tools without explicit written permission; or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services or hosted infrastructure.

3. User-Generated Content and License Grant

You retain ownership of original content, price submissions, and notes you post. By submitting content including store information, pricing data, votes, and catalog additions, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and aggregate it to operate, improve, and provide the Services. Public contributions use your system-generated public name.

4. Operational Disclaimers and Price Accuracy

Pricing and store availability information supplied on Aisle 9 is provided for informational and crowd-sourced comparison purposes only. We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any store location, product availability, catalog detail, or grocery price listed on the platform. Actual shelf prices at physical retail stores prevail over platform data.

5. Administrative Audit Logging and Monitoring

Administrators acknowledge and agree that all administrative activities, including pricing adjustments, user status changes, bulk uploads, and data moderation, are logged. Audit logs record your user ID, IP address, timestamp, and details of the modification for system accountability, security compliance, and operational auditing.

6. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if required by legal or regulatory authorities, if unexpected technical or security issues arise, or if an administrative account is deactivated or unauthorized access is detected.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, [Insert Legal Entity Name], its affiliates, directors, employees, and infrastructure providers including Firebase and Supabase are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits or revenues, loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from access to or use of the Services, inaccurate pricing or store data, or unauthorized access, use, or alteration of transmissions or content.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use after modifications indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
